It appears that designing is the new thing in Guyana now a day’s GSB recently caught up with one of the designer who will be added to the list of new comers for the Guyana Fashion Weekend extravaganza.

For his long awaited debut at the Guyana Fashion Weekend. Up and coming designer Paul Burnette is ready to show Guyana and the rest of the world his wonderful designs. Mr. Burnette who spoke with us yesterday told us his focus will be mainly be on the evening gowns.

Of which folks will be seeing twenty pieces of, and not leaving out the fellas he plans on bringing something he says “men with great assets in terms of body make up tends to think that if they show too much of it it makes them something else and to model a brief even worst so what I have done is come up with a concept that allows them to look and feel sexy always and which also will be eye catching for the ladies.

When asked how he feels since this being his first time on the runway he said '' I am ecstatic about it cause it will give me the opportunity that i always wanted to showcase my true elegant talent for such things''.

And your designs:''just that the gowns are elegant pieces that can be worn to any formal or semi formal occasion and the gents shirts represent the inner softer side of the macho men out there.''

Looks like we have a lot to look forward to this year at the Guyana Fashion Weekend.
