GSB.com caught wind of some very sad news just yesterday afternoon, Local Actor/Producer Joel Fraser was found dead on the seawall alone the East Coast highway just behind the Ocean view International hotel.

Speculations are that the young man was carried there and then killed, However we are not too keen on what exactly went down but we working on bring you the full story later.
